Getting enough sleep:
Your body needs 7 to 9 hours of sleep, in order for it to function properly the next day. It is while you’re asleep that your body tends to your mental and physical health getting you ready for another day. Sleep deprivation can weaken your immune system. When sleep deprived, you’ll be feeling dull, lazy and drowsy throughout the day. Your brain will have difficulty functioning properly. So make sure you get a good night’s sleep every day and wake up fresh ready and energetic to kick start the new day.
Breaking the night long fast with breakfast:
Next comes the breakfast! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It kick-starts your metabolism, helping you burn calories throughout the day. It also gives you the energy you need to get things done and helps you focus. Skipping breakfast keeps your body in the stressful state of fasting for longer, which disrupts your metabolism. It is also linked to health risks including high blood pressure and obesity.
Ditching elevator for the stairs:
Whether at your college or your workplace, try to ditch the elevator! Stair climbing is one rigorous form of exercising than burns more calories than even jogging. It’s such an easy workout that doesn’t even demand you to take out special extra time from your schedule, and doesn’t even cost you anything.
Keeping the body hydrated is also essential to keep yourself fit. Every cell, tissue, and organ in your body needs water to work correctly. Staying hydrated helps your muscles work efficiently. It also makes it easier for your heart to pump blood throughout the body. It helps you maintain a proper body weight and also keeps your skin fresh and healthy.

It has been linked to serious health conditions like diabetes and heart disease. So just cut them off altogether or at least reduce their intake.
